1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to open an account or purchase a membership. If acting for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Keep account access secure and provide current, accurate information.
2. Directory use
You may use GraceScout to discover and evaluate businesses for lawful personal or commercial purposes. You may not scrape the directory, misuse personal information, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, or use GraceScout for spam, fraud, harassment, or unlawful discrimination.
3. Applications and manual review
A business application begins with payment, followed by completion of a profile and the required Christian ownership and faith affirmations. Payment does not guarantee approval. GraceScout manually reviews each application and may approve it, request more information, or decline it.
If GraceScout declines an initial application, we refund the application payment as described in our refund policy. An applicant must keep profile and ownership information accurate and promptly update material changes.
GraceScout may reject, suspend, edit, or remove content or a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, no longer meets directory criteria, or violates these terms.
4. Annual membership and billing
The annual business membership price is the rate displayed and confirmed during Stripe checkout. It automatically renews each year until canceled. By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method provided for the initial term and future annual renewals at that confirmed rate while the membership remains continuously active.
Pricing for new members increases as GraceScout fills its published pricing cohorts. Your acquired annual rate remains locked while the subscription stays continuously active. If you cancel and later return, the then-current new-member price applies. You may cancel before the next renewal through available billing controls; cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally end the current paid term early.
Taxes may apply. Refund eligibility is controlled by our refund policy and applicable law.
5. Faith commitments and directory status
Owners applying to GraceScout must sincerely affirm our faith commitments and the Christian ownership of the business. GraceScout reviews submitted information, but it is not a church, credentialing body, religious arbiter, or judge of anyone’s heart. Approval is not a blanket endorsement of a business, theology, product, or future performance.
6. Reviews and user content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Intuico Digital LLC a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote GraceScout. You confirm that you have the rights to submit it. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may not contain threats, private information, unlawful material, undisclosed conflicts, or knowingly false claims. We may moderate or remove content but are not required to monitor everything before publication.
7. Business relationships and third parties
GraceScout helps users find businesses but is not a party to transactions between users and listed businesses. Prices, contracts, work quality, licensing, insurance, warranties, safety, and disputes remain the responsibility of those parties. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and practices. Perform your own due diligence before hiring or purchasing.
8. GraceScout property
GraceScout’s software, design, brand, logos, selection, and original content belong to Intuico Digital LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only the limited right to use the service as intended; they do not transfer ownership.
9. Disclaimers and liability
GraceScout is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuico Digital LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and guarantees that the service or any listing will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, safe, or suitable for you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuico Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from GraceScout, a listing, or a transaction with a business. Any direct liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid GraceScout in the preceding 12 months or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so lawful rights remain unaffected.
10. Termination, changes, and law
You may stop using GraceScout at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination. We may update these terms and will post a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required. These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state where Intuico Digital LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local law requires otherwise.
