I have been in business since March 1, 1995. I have assisted 1,900 clients in the buying and selling of their homes. I have almost 2,400 closings, so far. I have always put my clients interests before mine. I protect them using skills learned as a former lender (for nine years), and as a former real estate appraiser, who completed over 1,200 appraisal assignments here in the Treasure Valley. I take the trust that clients place in me seriously. I watch out for their best interests, including telling them not to purchase if the home is not a good value for them. I don't list or sell homes on busy streets or that have dysfunctional floor plans. In all my dealings, I put my name and the name of my company on the line, Integrity Real Estate means something to me. My relationship with Jesus which began on November 15, 1978 and my vows with my wife, for now more than 47 years are important to me.
